In western Japan, the citizens of a city have been warned by officials to avoid any contact with a cat after she fell into a tank of toxic chemicals. The officials gave this warning after a factory employee observed the marks of a yellow paw going away from the tank.

As per the news website Asahi, a member of the team saw the paw prints at the Nomura Plating Fukuyama Factory when he came to work a day before. The environmental staff of Fukuyama City warned people not to touch any feline that looks abnormal. However, it is also said the cat may have died because of this incident.

The owner of the factory claimed that a sheet had adequately covered the container. However, according to the reports, the part of the tank from where the cat fell had been turned over.
